Hunter thought she could hide from me, but I caught her in no time!! These legs may be little but they sure are fast!

Ducky!!

Tonight I got a special bath treat......my ducky bathtub!!!! It was fun to splash and quack with the ducky.

T-R-O-U-B-L-E

Mama says I'm trouble with a capitol "T". I've become a pro at pulling myself up, and I do it on everything! It makes me feel so big, and cool! This morning, Mommy came into my room and I was standing up in my crib. I shouldn't have shown her I could do it though because now she's making Daddy put my crib down even more. Shoot! And I told you I was going to try a different drawer in the kitchen to go through, well I did, and I found aluminum foil!!! I also rummaged through the fridge. There were lots of things I wanted to try in there! Too bad Dad closed the door before I got a hold of anything. I'll get that barbecue sauce yet, just watch me!

My Easter Egg

I got so wore out playing with Maddi and Vicky that I had to take a little rest on Sheri's lap.......with my Easter egg! Its really one of Sheri's decorations, and for those of us that know Sheri, her decorations are strictly off limits but I must be an exception to the rule. My adorable face gets her every time! I loved this egg so much that I couldn't let it go, not even long enough to sleep. Boy was I mad when we got home and I woke up, looked in my hand and only found the left over glitter from egg that was once there. I told Mom to call Arnie and tell him to bring the egg over, because I knew he would, but she said no. I guess I'll get it next Wednesday.

9 months

Mommy and Daddy took me to my 9 month doctor appointment today. This was my favorite visit yet because I'm not sick and I didn't have to get any shots! And the nurse said seeing me was the best way to end her day! I weighed 20 pounds which is in the 50th percentile, and am 27.75 inches and thats only in the 25th percentile. Daddy says I have to get stretched out.....ouch, sounds painful! He has dreams of me being a basketball player like him and says its Mom's fault I'm little. Unfortunately my head is still in the 75th percentile. Lots of brains up there! I was really brave and made my parents proud! Gave the doctor lots of smiles and told her lots of stories. She said I'm perfect and have beautiful eyes that all the girls will fall in love with!

Big kid!

We went to eat at Happy Joe's for Hunter's 11th Birthday (doesn't it seem like Logan and Hunter's birthday have lasted forever!!??). I'm getting to be such a big boy, and Mom is having a lot of fun dressing me! I have a closet full of outfits I have yet to put on! Can you see me and Daddy through the window? I was banging on it so Grandma would see me. Auntie Vicky played games with me and I won tickets and got 2 balls! I think I'm going to love Happy Joe's!

Snooping around....

I was in the kitchen playing with my fridge magnets, but that got boring so I decided to go for the drawers. I found towels and wash cloths in this drawer! I'll try another drawer tomorrow night, see what treasures I can find.

Bunnies!!

I wanted to invite you all to check out my pictures that I had taken with real bunnies! Me, Mom, Grandma, and Sheri went to have them taken and I did a really good job! Mom even got tears because she was so proud of me. She's such a wimp! I liked holding the bunnies, and I LOVED pulling their fur! The big bunny didn't even care! Playdate

My friend Brody came over to play today because his mommy and daddy are painting at their house. We had fun playing, and I was nice to share my toys. Mom said I had to. He liked my walker, but he didn't need the seat, he can stand all by himself. And he chased my puppy Bella all around the house!!! It was funny, I can't wait til I can do that! I think he kind of missed his mommy though because he carried his "bubby" around. I know how he feels, its hard to be away from home.

Logan babysat me on Friday night so Mom and Dad could go to a movie, and this is how happy I was.........see my face!!! Big smiles! We had lots of fun playing!! Thank you Logie! Hope you want to babysit me again!

Honk, honk!!

We were at the mall today and I went cruisin' in the car! I had a blast, speeding my way through the stores. Mom, Grandma and Sheri said it was well worth the $5 to rent, just seeing how happy I was. Beep-Beep...coming through!!!!

Another sick day...

I went to the doctor today because Mom heard me coughing a lot during the night. The doctor says I'm "croupy like" and have a mild ear infection in my left ear again. I get to take yummy medicine for both. So me and Mommy stayed home all day together. Even though I'm sick, I still wanted to play and gave her lots of smiles. You couldn't even tell I was sick! It was almost like I was playing hookie just to spend the day with Mom! And we still went to Sheri's for supper. Maddi gave me a ride around the living room in the toy tub. Grandma is going to stay home with me tomorrow and I'll go back to daycare on Friday. They called tonight because they really missed me!

More birthdays....

We went to Mexican Village to celebrate Logan's real, golden birthday, but we ended up celebrating Vicky's and Hunter's too! We sang to them and they had to wear these goofy hats! Maddi showed me the water fountain. I threw a penny in and made a wish! Daddy told me if I threw in a penny, I got to take a out a quarter but Mommy said that was naughty!

Look at me!

I've been practicing my standing techniques. If you notice, "no hands" in the second picture! And also notice my silly face. Mom loves that face and I've been making it more now that I'm getting more teeth. It feels good! Mom keeps putting shoes on me. I have about a million pair already and really, I don't even use them yet! Thanks Maddi and Zevie for the cool shirt from Mexico. It looks really good on me!

I like to pet my puppy Bella, but she isn't too fond of me yet. I don't know why, I am really good at petting her. I squeeze really tight, all the way to the skin!

Beautiful Day

Mom, Dad, and I (and both dogs, Zoey and Bella) enjoyed the warm weather and went on a walk to the park. I loved every minute of it!!!! I talked the whole way to the park, laughed my head off in the swing, and napped in the stroller the whole way home. It was the perfect afternoon!

Aren't me and Dad the coolest??!?!? We love just hanging out together. Its what we do best!

Happy Birthday Vicky!

It was my Aunt Vicky's birthday so we all went out to celebrate. Vicky babysat me during the day and she said that was the best present she could have asked for! She loved having me all to herself. We had so much fun playing, I didn't even take a nap! I love the Ahlness family, even if they do tease me and rough me up a little bit (see picture of me and Lon for reference).

Hard at work

I use my walker so much these days I was worried it was getting a little loose, so I decided to check it out and tighten all the screws. I took a few lessons from Dad on how to fix things. I'm just a man hard at work!

Mom wanted to apologize for the dark video. It looked much better on our computer!!!! She is blocking all the light from my handsome face! Needless to say, I'm still cute as a button, even though you can't see me!

Mom was cleaning my room from top to bottom because my humidifier was coating everything with a dusty film. I of course wanted to be by her, so I was just roaming around my room, finding different things to play with. Mom was surprised by how much I got into in the short time we were in there. Toy basket dumped out, crib toys ripped off, nuks on the floor, diapers out of my dresser, and wipes out of my daycare bag....I found it all! Mom said while she cleaned, I messed. Get used to it Mom!

Mommy and I had to make a run to Walmart. I'm a big fan of driving the shopping cart!

Workin' Men

"Help has arrived Dad! Let's get this safety gate up so I can crawl around everywhere I want to go! First we have to find the stud. No Dad, I don't mean you, I mean in the wall silly! Now you read the directions and I'll get the screwdriver. We'll be done in no time!"

Bella!

My puppy Bella is getting braver and will actually come near me now! She's still a little skeptical though. I think she's just jealous because I'm the baby in the house now. We play ball together! Now that I can get around, I go after her ball and she begs and begs me to throw it, but I like teasing her better!

I can walk all the way around my walker now. Around and around I go!

Fun with Shane and Amy

I've begun to realize that Shane is kind of silly. I mean, his favorite thing about me is my tongue! He kept putting his finger and his nose by my mouth so I would lick it....so I did! I guess he's not afraid of my slobber! Amy said it was nice to spend some time with me when the Ahlness girls weren't around! They kind of hog me, and fight over me! So before they came, me and Amy spent some quailty time together!

Biter Biscuit

I got to have my very own cookie at the restaurant! I chewed on it until it was almost nothing. Then Mom took it away and I got MAAAAAAD!!!! I wasn't finished yet! Mom says my temper is really starting to show sometimes. She knows when I'm really mad because I clench my fists and my face gets really red! Thats when I mean business! I try to only show it to Mom, Dad, and Grandma though so everyone else still thinks I'm an angel! So if my mom ever tries to tell you I have a naughty side, don't believe her. She's only trying to trick you!
