Fishing/Shopping Opener

When Daddy goes fishing....Mommy goes shopping....and I take the boys! Grandma, the boys and I went to Mankato for the afternoon, and they were SOOOO good! Hudsy said he never wanted to go home and wanted to go to more stores! He fits in with me and Grandma real well!

We rode the carousel twice.

Strolled up and down the mall hallways.
Riding each and every 75 cent mall ride.

And played in the play place....hugging Dr. Bear.

When Daddy was done fishing he stayed with the boys so Mommy and Grandma could go to a movie. We got home to these two snuggling sound asleep on the couch.

It was a good day!

Ag Show 2011

Grandma and Sheri took the boys to the Ag Show at the high school this chilly afternoon. They had fun climbing on the tractors and seeing all the farm animals.

Daddy Lessons

MonDaY

Our newest neighbors put up a fence for their dog, named D.O.G. Thankfully he's a nice puppy because Paxton likes to get his hand all the way through the fence for some slobbery kisses!

Last weekend...

This last Saturday we went to Grandpa's farm so Daddy could split some wood, and Hudsy loved to watch! But even more than that, he LOVED to ride around the farm in the golf cart. He told Mommy he wanted to drive it forever!

Mother's Day 2011

I am one lucky lady, loved by two amazing boys......

Pax was happy to be with Mommy in this one.....
And Hudson in this one, but never at the same time!

Friends

Hudson and our neighbor Carson are becoming great friends. As soon as we get outside, they run to each other, so excited to play! They love driving through the yards, chasing each other in their ride-on toys.

Harman Park

We took the boys down the hill to Harman Park and they had a blast. Hudson surprised us and went down ALL the slides! Even the tallest (and its TALL!!) one! Paxton wants so badly to do everything his big brother does, but still has fun just running wild.

He ended up every which way; feet first, head first, and sideways.

Pax got to go down the TALL slide with Daddy, who barely fit in the tunnel.

Grandma tried her best to get Hudson to actually pedal the bike....

And Hudson eventually gave up and decided Flintstoning it was much easier....

Tractor Ride

Hudson was finally brave enough and didn't think twice about going on his first tractor ride (he was too nervous to go last year with Grandpa). Daddy took him out to cut some more wood for fires next winter. Mommy and Paxton followed in the truck.

Mommy had to let go, and allow her boys to get dirty and play in the mud....and boy did they ever! Pax even grabbed a dirt chunk and took a bite, as though it was an apple. Worst part, he didn't even seem to mind the taste. Hudson on the other hand, seen him do this and yelled, "Gross, wash his tongue Mommy!" They are SO different!

CIRCUS

Mommy and Daddy took the boys to the Circus in New Ulm this afternoon. It was Paxton's first circus, he clapped for the tigers and lions, and stared in awe at the elephants. Two light-up toys, some cotton candy, and a snow cone later, we had a fun time!

Paxton loved his horsey ride, and did NOT want to get off. Hudsy preferred to watch the elephants, waiting for the moment when they poop....and they did.....twice!
