Like Father, Like Son

Mommy was decorating the Christmas tree and I found this beer ornament. Mommy says I've been watching Daddy too much because I picked it up and tried to drink it! And then of course, just like Daddy does, I said "AHHHH" afterward. Daddy was so proud when he got home, the first thing he asked Mommy was, "Did you get a picture?".

Helping???

This is me helping Mommy go through totes of my baby clothes. She wanted to see what would fit my brother, even though his closet is already full of new clothes! We are 2 lucky, spoiled boys!

Meredith, Brody, Mommy, and Me

Me, Mommy, and Grandma went to Mommy's friend Jenny's bridal shower. Mom and Meredith wanted a "belly picture" together. Meredith is having her baby girl next week, and Mommy is having baby brother at the end of December. They wanted a picture with us "first borns" too but we weren't all that excited to be in the picture! I was in dire need of another piece of candy and this picture was the only thing standing in my way.......well, besides Grandma saying "No, no no!!".

Parade of Lights

Its tradition to go to the Parade of Lights the Friday after Thanksgiving. This year I was a trooper because I still enjoyed it even with a double ear infection! Mommy took me to the doctor this morning and they told us the bad news. But, on the other hand, I do get to have delicious medicine now, my favorite antibiotic! I loved all the lights in the parade, and seeing Logan on the Miss New Ulm float. My favorites were the horses and of course Santa. I said "neigh" as the horses passed, and "Ho Ho Ho" as Santa passed. I sure hope he saw me!

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was a busy one for us Johnson's. First we went to Grandma Sharon's where I ate lots of corn and a whole piece of pumpkin pie!! It was yummy! I played cars and trucks with my cousins Morgan and Kendra. After that we went to Aunt Porky's for Mommy's side. There were so many people there and lots of commotion, Mommy didn't even get a chance to get her camera out. Shocking, I know!

ECFE

Today was my last day of school with Mommy. I still love the kitchen but was actually able to tear myself away long enough to enjoy other activities. It was fun learning new things and playing with new friends!

Helping out....

Is this how you use one of these? Grandma was doing some painting so I thought I'd help! Mommy says to ignore the railings in the background, her and Daddy bought new ones tonight!

MOVING!!

We moved!!! That's us standing in front of the "SOLD" sign at our OLD house! Mommy was very happy at how well I adjusted to the new place! She says I've been a very good boy. And I've found lots of new hiding places! Look at all that stuff waiting to be moved in our old front yard! And notice its mostly all of my toys! Daddy says I can't have any more, but Mommy says I can. We were hard at work all weekend, thanks to all of our helpers; Grandma, Arnie, Sheri, Vicky, Lon, Logan, Hunter, and Daddy's strong friends! Mommy says everyone who helped us is a rockstar and we thank you so much! We're all moved in now but have lots of unpacking to do! Pictures of the new house will be coming......but it'll take awhile!

Hmmm......

What?!?!?!? Is there something weird about chewing on the table while in my diaper??

Movie

Vicky and Hunter came over to watch the Vikings game with us, and after that we watched the movie "Up". I sat on Vicky's lap for 35 minutes straight and watched the movie!! Mommy was so proud of me, and really couldn't believe I could sit still for that long! And the only reason I got up was to eat supper. It is possible that I was exhausted from playing with them all day long.

Hi Bucky!

Daddy had to clean up the garage to get ready for the move so I came out to help, which means I made more of a mess! I got to drive my fire truck again, and I loved Daddy's big buck. I pet him and said "Hi Bucky". Daddy was so proud! (Mommy said this could only happen because the deer was fake and that me and her don't touch real deer!)

Where are you?

Mommy was getting her picture taken and I wanted to find my brother (really I just wanted to find her belly button). She's 34 weeks now, only 6 more weeks to wait! First we have to move, then have Thanksgiving, then Christmas, and then baby will come.

Noodles!!

I had school last night and they had a great activity there!!! Noodles in a box!!! I stirred, scooped, and dumped the noodles out.....and I mean ALL the noodles!! I took that pot right out and on to the floor they went. It was my plan all along because I knew the teacher would have to get the broom out and I'm a great sweeper helper. You sweep, I'll scoop with the dust pan.

Boy!!

Me and Mommy spent another afternoon in the leaves. She says in this picture, I am the most precious boy in the world! Well, we couldn't have that, so I got up and threw a rock at Bella just to make sure she knows I'm still a tough boy!

Me and My Baby

Grandma brought me a baby boy doll that looks just like my baby brother will look. I snuggle him into bed, watch Handy Manny with him, and desperately try to give him my do-do's (pacifiers) but he doesn't want one. I love my baby and I've only thrown him in the garbage once, and Mommy was sure to tell me that babies DO NOT belong in the garbage!!!

Park

Me and Mommy spent this beautiful afternoon at a park in St. Cloud. It was a really fun park and I had the time of my life! There were lots of ducks and geese in the pond saying "quack quack".

Rocko-rocko

I really like my rocking lion Maddi got me when I was just a wee little baby! I sit on it and say "rocko-rocko", rocking back and forth.

YUM!!

Enjoying my corndog!!! ALOT!!

Fall Fun

Me, Mommy, and Daddy went outside on Sunday and played in the leaves. Daddy raked a huge pile and threw me right in! I sunk down and Mommy could barely see me.

Happy Halloween!!

It was a very Happy Halloween! This turtle had a great time! I went trick-or-treating with Mommy, Daddy, and Grandma and got lots of candy. By the end of the night, I was a pro at saying "Trick-or-Treat!!!!" because I knew it was going to get me another handful! Mommy's only complaint, that I am the fastest turtle in the world! As soon as I got my two little feet on the ground, I was gone! Everyone yelled, "Runaway Turtle!!". I didn't go to bed until 11:00 and with daylight savings ending, I woke Mom and Dad up at 7:30! You're welcome!

Saturday, October 31, 2009

I really enjoyed watching Sidney dance on her blog! I danced along with her, laughed, clapped, and was concerned when she fell down. I looked at Mom and said, "uh-oh"! Thankfully she was okay and got right back up and started dancing again. I'm not too sure about this Raffi music she was listening to though??

Halloween Eve

I wore my pre-Halloween shirt to supper last night. We went out to eat because Cousin Shane and Amy were home. Sheri gave me an olive at the restaurant, it was my first experience. I think I like them as much as my mom does! I also finally warmed up to the witch at Sheri's house! It took me awhile because she laughs really scary and her eyes light up, but by the end of the night I was trying to steal her broom!

Playing hookie!

Me and Mommy stayed home from work and daycare on Thursday and Friday and we had lots of fun! It was even nice enough to go outside for awhile. I liked Daddy's goose decoys, even though I thought they were ducks and kept saying, "Quack, quack!". I also dumped out my Goldfish crackers and tried to eat the whole pile until Mommy said, "No, no, no!". She can be no fun sometimes.

Cute or Scary?

I was hiding under the table to scare Mommy. She came around the corner and I yelled "ROAR!!!" like a lion. Mom said she couldn't decide if this face was cute or scary? I say, of the two options, always pick cute!

Leaves.....

Me and Mommy went outside on the only halfway nice day we've had in awhile. I liked hearing the leaves crunch underneath my feet. And of course, I enjoyed being faster than my chubby Mommy and running away from her down the block! Mommy took the last picture because its probably the last one we'll have in front of our house.....our old house!

Carving Pumpkins

Me and Daddy carved pumpkins tonight! Well, Daddy did the hard work, Mommy and Grandma cleaned the seeds, and me, I might have made everything a little more messy! But I was always sure to use my spoon, no bare hands in the gross pumpkin guts for me! The "T-Hud" pumpkin is just for Cousin Ryan because thats what he calls me.

This is what trouble looks like......

We went to Menards and I had a blast running around the store with Mommy, Sheri and Grandma chasing after me! Grandma says I'm too fast for my own good. I ran up and down the aisles, climbed on to the displays, took down price signs, and finally hid on a shelf behind a box of lights! But not once did I break a light like Grandma thought I would! Mommy kept saying, "I can't believe I'm going to have 2 of them!"- meaning me and my brother! Hurry up bro, I'm waiting for you!!!
P.S. Cousin Ryan says he'd like to have a boy......Mommy wants to know, even after you see this??

Scarecrow Festival

We got to go back to Emma Krumbee's in Belle Plaine for the Scarecrow Festival. The very best part was riding on the horse swing! I loved it and laughed the whole time! Auntie Sheri got a work out pushing me. Me and Mommy pet the donkey and rode on the train (she's the big one in the middle!). Afterwards, I was treated to my very own brownie, or should I say, delicous brownie!! I needed a fork and a spoon to dig in!
