Baby Date

Paxton: Me and Brenley finally had our belated Valentine's Day date! We had to wait because our brothers were sick. This was our first date that we both stayed awake for! It was the first time I really got to lay eyes on her and boy was she pretty! I'm already the best boyfriend and gave her a flower. She thinks I'm sweet!

Guess who did this to me.......None other than MADDI LYNN!!!!!!! She is the one who taught me what boobies were and it's caused Mommy some embarrassing moments! One time we were at Target, walking through the aisles and I seen the bras and shouted out "Boobies!!" and started laughing......and so did the lady walking by us!

We joked that these boobies looked like Grandma's!! Sorry Grandma, Mommy warned you that would be on the blog!

Me and Jessica

Hudson: Me and my brother went to Mommy's work today to meet her friends. This is my new friend Jessica. She wanted to be my favorite so she gave me a sucker! It worked!!!! I think she wanted to take me home with her.

STUCK

Mommy: This is our boy! Getting into trouble! He gets stuck all the time, really, ALL THE TIME!!! He goes behind tables, couches, hampers....and now....gets into garbage cans, on top of toys, and in Paxton's Bumbo chair head first!! All of a sudden we'll hear him yell, "Stuck!" and someone has to go help him out of whatever situation he's gotten himself into.

My turn next......

Hudson: Today we brought down my Bumbo chair for Paxton to try. He was really good at sitting in it and it looked fun so I wanted to try too. Apparently its a better fit for a baby than a toddler because I was a bit squished, and so were my boy parts! I think thats the last of the Bumbo chair for this guy! I am hereby handing it down to my brother!

Brother Picture

Paxton: Mommy said me and brother both looked so cute that she wanted to take our picture together. I went first, and then Hudson was supposed to come and sit by me. Well, you can see how well that worked out! First he laid on me, then he wanted to sit on my lap AND TRIED!! It did not go so well, and needless to say, Mommy did not get the cute picture she wanted but she says she's getting used to it. I think I am the good brother but don't tell Hudson I said that, he'll sit on me again!

Hudson: This is the look I give when I may have done something Mommy and Daddy won't like. For instance, push the water button on the fridge and let it run to the floor!!!

Hudson: Just waiting for my little brother to grow up and come play with me!! Please hurry Paxton! Mommy and Daddy are getting boring!

Belated Valentine's

Both of our "handsome little devils" on Valentine's Day. They both gave Mommy a flower, along with Daddy. But would they take a nice picture with Mommy? Certainly not! Once again we have about 5 family pictures with one or both of the boys in tears. We opted to do separate pictures then, with all 3 of my valentine's!

Car ride

Our boys being good kids, sleeping in the car. This is nothing for Paxton, he falls asleep as soon as the car starts moving, but not Hudson! He's much more alert on car rides, and not usually all that happy. We bring lots of snacks for him!

Once again.....our family.....

A family picture is NOT easy to come by these days!! Hudson was not interested in being in the Johnson portrait. We should've taken Regan up on her offer when she said she'd be in our family. I guess this is as good as its going to get! Not to mention by this time Paxton had already pooped and peed all over his cute outfit, blanket, himself, and his mommy! Just another successful day with these Johnson boys!

Boys Will Be Boys

Mommy: Hudson's shirt explains him and his friend Brody perfectly! They were fighting over a toy at daycare and Hudson ended up with his first black eye (just a small one by his left eye in the second picture) and Brody says Hudsy hurt his finger!! Before we know it they'll be fighting over girls instead of toys!

Unsupervised Toddler

Above is our sweet angel..........below is our sweet angel left unsupervised in a non-baby proofed house with markers within reach!! When Daddy showed him what he did in the mirror he said "Uh-oh! No, no, no!" Smart kid, just a little too late!

Reflection

Paxton: Auntie Sheri got us some fun new toys to play with while we're at her house for Wednesday night supper. I liked sitting under this cool one while my brother played with the ice cream truck. I could see my mommy when I looked in the mirror.

Daddy Date

Hudson: Daddy was hinting to Mommy that he could use a date to sit in front of the fire with, but Mommy said she didn't have time for a date so I thought maybe Daddy would take me instead. We enjoyed the warm fire and a little dancing. Daddy had wine, I had water. It was a fun date!

Mommy: Jamie laid tile in front of the fireplace and as Hudson watched him do it, he learned that he could not step on the tile, and now he still thinks he can't step on it. Its worked really well when we have a fire! He stays at least 2 feet away at all times! He sure likes to push the limits though and gets his toes right up to the edge!

First Smile

Paxton: I'm a smiling boy now and my mommy loves it! I first smiled at my brother when we were playing on our playmat, and then I smiled real big at my Aunt Vicky when she was visiting me in the morning. Now, Mommy makes me smile all the time! She's been trying to get it on camera so we had a photo shoot today. And since she was so insistent on getting a picture, it took a while and my smiles eventually turned into screams!! You deserved it Mom!

Hudson: We invited Hunter to come on our playmat. She said she remembered going on it with me when I was a baby but she remembers being littler than she is now. She didn't fit very well, especially with both of us big boys!

No Girls Allowed

Paxton: I really like laying on my playmat! I get mad when the lights stop going and let Mommy know with a little cry. She rushes to turn it back on! I already have her wrapped around my little finger!

Precious Baby

Paxton: I thought I'd be an angel today and let Mommy paint the living room while I napped. Little did I know that she'd waste time taking pictures of me because she thought I was so precious. Get to work Mommy, I can't sleep like this all day AND night!

Typical Hudson

Hudson: Logie comes over almost everyday during her hour off from school and then again before she goes to basketball! She really loves me and my brother and just can't get enough of us! We had a lot of fun today. I'm naked because my mommy and Grandma were painting the living room and I accidentally walked into a wet wall.....whoops! I didn't want my clothes back on so I ran around the house and tried to hide. Everyone says I make the best faces and they really laughed at me in these pictures.

P.S. Logie would like everyone to know that it was "Ugly Sweater Day" at school and she would not normally be wearing that beautiful sweater. But I think she secretly loves it!
